Roles and Responsibilities of Trustees

The roles and responsibilities of Trustees is an extremely important element which can be misunderstood by many who volunteer to undertake this.  If your group, organisation or registered charity is not "A Limited By Guarantee" company then you all have joined and equal financial responsibility for your group, organisation or registered charity which may leave you liable for outstanding debts and unpaid creditors in the event you close.

Here you can find information about the roles and responsibilities of trustees especially the Chair, Secretary and Treasurer as well as information about committee structures, sub groups, delegation of responsibilities and other useful information to assist you.
